The Brooklin Spring Fair showcases the agriculture traditions and heritage of the region in fiddle contests, a parade and livestock displays. There is also a Bavarian tent and a midway to enliven the weekend. The event takes place on the first weekend of every June.

Whitby will join the fight to end multiple sclerosis at the Super Cities WALK for MS. More than 350 people are expected to WALK for a cure, raising $100,000 – and providing hope to the estimated 55,000 to 75,000 Canadians who live with multiple sclerosis.
Beginning and finishing at Cullen Central Park, the WALK is a family-oriented event that combines fundraising with food, entertainment, and prizes. Route lengths include 5km full accessible route and a more challenging 10km route.

Driftwood Theatre - Ontario’s most exciting and accessible theatre company - is thrilled to be embarking on their new season with Trafalgar 24, the annual play-creation festival and fundraising gala. In only 24 hours, 40 Artists will write, produce, rehearse and perform ten original new works in various locations of the 19th century Trafalgar Castle. The 24 hour event will culminate in a public performance of each of the works and gala that starts at 6pm.

Drawing for Art combines the excitement of a live art auction with fine food and entertainment – making for a memorable arts experience. Each ticket is drawn randomly, with 2 minutes to select one of over 70 works in the salon style exhibition. Works are valued between $200 & $1,000.
Embrace the seductive sounds of live jazz music and irresistible hors d'oeuvres for an evening artfully planned to celebrate our passion for art - each draw ticket guarantees an original work of art.
